Selective Mercury Removal
We have developed a system that removes >97% of the mercury from the FGD sludge so that the wastewater can be added to the coal again thus reducing the need for additional water resources. The removal of the mercury also results in a better quality gypsum byproduct which can demand a higher price.
Round RFP Ductwork
Evonik Steag uses round solid FRP or carbon steel lined ductwork in our FGD systems to reduce capital expenditures and reduce O&M costs.
